90 Minutes Massage Therapy - $160.00

Treat yourself to the maximum relaxation.  90 Minutes is ideal for those who need a break from the world around them, and for those who have multiple ailments that need focused time.

75 Minutes Massage Therapy- $135.00

Ideal for those who would like an equal amount of time on each part of the body.  

60 Minutes Massage Therapy - $115.00

Our most common treatment time!  One hour of Massage Therapy is great for any service you choose, and is what most people need to feel rejuvenated to continue on their day.

45 Minutes Massage Therapy - $95.00

For those who just can't get away for the entire hour.  45 Minutes is ideal for therapeutic treatments to the back, neck and shoulders, or whatever areas you need treatment on.

30 Minutes Massage Therapy - $75.00

This quick treatment would be great for those who need treatment on one (or two) areas of their body.

Naturopathic Medicine

Complimentary Meet + Greet

This complimentary 15-minute meet + greet is offered for new patients. It gives you an opportunity to ask questions about naturopathic medicine, learn about my style of practice and determine if we will be a good fit together

75 Minute Initial Consultation - $185

This visit is a requirement for all new patients. During this visit, we will go over your intake form and discuss your health history and goals. 

30 Minute Follow Up Appointment - $90

Most follow-up appointments should be booked as 30 minute appointments unless otherwise noted. We will review and adjust your treatment plan as needed. 

45 Minute Follow Up Appointment - $110

This is a follow-up for current patients who have had significant changes in their health or to go over complex testing results. We will review any results, adjust treatment plan as needed and discuss new health concerns. 

60 Minute Follow Up Appointment - $130

This is a follow-up for current patients who have had significant changes in their health or to go over complex testing results. We will review any results, adjust treatment plan as needed and discuss new health concerns.  

45 Minute Acupuncture Appointments - $85

Patients can book an acupuncture appointment if they are current patients of the clinic and their concern is purely MSK-related or after first having an initial intake with Dr. Megan Thackray.

Direct Billing

We are currently offering direct billing to the following insurance companies. Please note that the consent form to fill out is located in the health history form available when you book appointments online, or a paper copy can be filled out in the clinic. We cannot guarantee that billing will be available at your first visit, however we are happy to set it up for all future appointments.
